Services

My services are trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, and LGBTQ+ friendly. Virtual sessions are open to individuals anywhere in the state of Virginia.

Individual Therapy: I offer individual therapy sessions to adolescents ( 16+) and adults focused on anxiety, depression, body-image, eating disorders, and trauma. Due to COVID, sessions are available outdoors or online only.

Individual Therapy Fees: My out of pocket fee for service is $140 for a 50 minute individual session. Insurance contracted rates vary by provider. I accept Private Pay, Anthem BCBS and United Healthcare commercial plans.

Groups (Coming Spring 2022): Process groups on anxiety and disordered eating, and structured groups on Intuitive Eating.

Group Fees: $75 for 30 minute individual intake (required). $50 per group session. Private pay only.

Good Faith Estimates: You have a right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the charges you will incur during treatment. This will vary based on insurance status and number of sessions.
