If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, or anger issues, I want to help. My approach brings together evidence-based therapy and movement to improve your mental health and well-being. Whether we walk, stretch, hike, or ( ___insert your favorite way to move here), I know that exercise supports positive mental health. Add in your willingness to work hard for change and my clinical skills and experience, and together we can achieve your goals.

I strive to offer great therapy on or off the couch. I’ve pursued training as a counselor, crisis intervention specialist, mental health educator, and fitness professional to provide treatment that supports mental health and overall well-being. I have advanced clinical training in CBT, EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing, and serve ages 13+.
